We genuinely feel proud to be able to make our teams feel special. Working closely with our teams and the wider business at our Central Support Centre we are able to understand and analyse our Regional performance and focus our attention on the areas that need it with support from experts - whether from our finance, marketing or HR team - we all work towards the same goal.”

Development doesn’t have to slow down once you’re an Area Manager. We have opportunities for self development through our great i-workshops which are our internal leadership development programmes. You are the first person to experience any training we roll out to your wider teams for your own personal development, to enable you to be an advocate for the training and so you can talk to your teams about the training they will received.

High profile business secondments are a great opportunity for your work to be recognised by the wider business, allowing you to get exposure to all different facets of the businesses operations and will put you in the best place possible for progressing your career further. We always look to our high flying Regional Managers to fulfil these secondments first.
