How to Apply
To apply to work for Whitbread Restaurants as a Kitchen Team Member or Chef click the apply button at the top of this page or on the nationwide job advert on the right under “Featured Jobs”.
You will be required to complete an online application form telling us which Restaurant you want to work in, as well as your preferred Days, Hours & Shifts.
You will then be entered into our candidate database which our Managers use when recruiting staff for their Restaurant. If a vacancy currently exists in your area OR when a vacancy becomes available you will be contacted directly by one of our management team.

From day 1 we’re right beside you every step of the way. You will receive a ‘Best Welcome’ that will quickly get you up to speed and fully operational in our business. Your in-restaurant trainer will help organise your training to ensure it’s the most stress free experience and you will also be assigned a ‘buddy’ to help you settle in and become a part of the family.
Our industry leading training and easy to follow in house training skills matrix designed especially for kitchen team members will ensure you know your role and start contributing to our success before you know it.

Whether that be a course from our e-learning library, one of our many off site workshops like Essential Employment Policy or our wonderful ‘Progressing into...’ programmes where we invest between 6-9 months worth of time in your development & assisting you with your career progression.
